What You'll Do:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors/manufactures  to negotiate pricing, terms, and supply agreements that align with company goals.
• Monitor industry trends, evaluate distributor/manufacture offerings, and assess product quality to ensure competitive pricing and a diverse range of products.
• Collaborate with supply chain and inventory teams to manage stock levels, forecast demand, and avoid stockouts or excess inventory.
• Identify and source new distributors or suppliers, ensuring they meet the company's quality, cost, and delivery standards.
• Oversee the creation, tracking, and reconciliation of purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and accurate product shipments.
• Evaluate distributor performance based on delivery times, quality, and pricing, implementing corrective action plans if necessary.
• Work closely with logistics teams to ensure timely, cost-effective distribution of products from suppliers to company warehouses or distribution centers.
• Conduct cost analyses to determine pricing strategies that maintain company profitability while managing distributor-related expenses.
• Ensure all purchases comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements, minimizing risks associated with supplier agreements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for distributor communications, resolving issues related to product delivery, quality, or pricing.

What You'll Bring: 

• At least 7 year experience in procurement working with distributors and manufactures in the       food industry 
• Possess professionalism and friendly, team player personality
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel functions required
• Excellent communication and administrative skills
• Exceptional organization and time management skills
• Dependable, self-starter and great multitasker.
